Geely has published official images of its new electric crossover Galaxy E5. The car will be the first all-electric crossover in the Galaxy series. The E5’s price range is expected to be around 150,000-200,000 yuan and the official launch will take place in the second quarter, Car News China reports.
Geely Galaxy E5 is an electric crossover from the Chinese concern. It is based on the Geely Electric Architecture (GEA), which includes hybrid powertrains and fully electric ones, as well as environmentally friendly methanol. Geely Galaxy E5 has dimensions of 4615/1901/1670 mm and a wheelbase of 2750 mm.
The front part is made in the same style as the Geely Galaxy E8 sedan, presented in December 2023. Up front, there’s a similar closed grille, sharp-edged headlights and C-shaped vents at the bottom.
The cabin is equipped with a steering wheel with flat top and bottom, an LCD instrument panel and a large central control screen, which is embedded with the Flyme Auto operating system running on the Dragon Eagle-1 chip. Support includes wireless cell phone charging, heated/ventilated front seats, 8-point massage and a 16-speaker audio system.
