Nissan has published several teasers of future new products that will hit the market before 2027. In particular, the first images of the new generations of the Leaf and Micra models, which will be transformed into crossovers, have been made public.
Among the new products for the European market, the new Micra will be the first, as it will be released this year. The model, which has completely changed its style, is being developed on the same platform on which the Renault 5 E-Tech is based. The five-door is promised two batteries of 40 and 52 kWh and a power reserve of up to 400 kilometers. There are no other technical details yet.
The new Leaf will also appear this year. It is based on Nissan’s own architecture, which is already used on the Ariya crossover. In this case, all additional details are promised to be made public in June, and sales will start in the third quarter. The Leaf should become a global model and enter the markets of Japan, Europe and the USA.
