DOCUMENTS WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Your Passport (ID – Identity card): Minimal age is 22 / Maximal is 65;
• License for driving: Minimal experience – 2 years. In case off less driving experience, we can offer our chauffer service.

PERIOD OF RENTAL:

• Minimal period – 3 days at Baku city (Calculation for each day per 24 hours);
• Rental period starts from the moment of signing the agreement with handover of the car;
• Car delaying more than 4 hours from the drop-off time, will be payed by customer as extra day;
• Payment for unused days will not be refunded while returning car before the scheduled time.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Prepayment when the customer rents a car;
• Types: bank transfer, credit card or cash;
• Deposit amount witch depends on a chosen rental car. Minimum 300 AZN. It will be returned, if there are no accidents and fines.

Price includes:

• New model cars in perfect condition with regularly check-ups at the service;
• CDW & TPL – Full insurance with deductible;
• Open mileage;
• Delivery / Pick-up service;
• Free extra driver;
• Cross border not allowed! Driving area – Azerbaijan Republic.
• Free change and cancellation of booking (inform 3 days early).

Price not includes:

• Additional fuel is not refundable while returning car;
• Carwash; Parking tickets; Fines for traffic violations;
• Damage to the exterior, interior of the car and tire damage.

EXTRAS WITH PRICE:

• GPS – Navigation system (Android based) – 10 AZN daily;
• Child seat (1-7 years) – 10 AZN daily.

PROHIBITED:

• Smoking in cars not allowed. 100AZN – Penalty;
• Car key is lost – 300AZN payment for replacing;
• Not allowed drive while using alcoholic drinks. 1000AZN fine;
• Not allowed hunting and off-road. 5000AZN fine.

NOTE: We respects the rights of our customers and guarantee the confidentiality of your personal information. When ordering, you confirm that you agree with our rental terms and accept them. You must sign a rental agreement when you receive a car. If any of the terms of the contract does not suit you, you can discuss it with our company.
