Mercedes-Benz has partially declassified the new Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4². The company itself claims that this is the “most off-road” modification of the model from the G-Class family. When the novelty will go on sale is still unknown. It is possible that the car will be released in a limited series. According to the publication Motor1, prices for the novelty will start at about 250,000 euros.
The SUV received additional LED optics on the roof, 22-inch wheels, wheel arch extensions and a special casing for the spare tire. The ground clearance of the novelty is an impressive 261 mm. At the same time, the depth of the ford to be overcome increased to 910 millimeters, and the angle of entry is 45 degrees.
The interior of the car is trimmed in Nappa leather and Dinamica microfiber. The SUV was equipped with a large screen that combines a digital instrument panel and a multimedia system display.
The Mercedes-AMG G 63 4×4² was equipped with a 4.0-liter “biturbo-eight” petrol engine with a capacity of 585 hp. and 850 Nm of torque. The engine works in conjunction with a nine-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive system. Acceleration to hundreds takes the novelty 4.6 seconds.
