The main difference between the novelty was a completely new design, made in the style of modern Hyundai models.
Like the Grandeur flagship sedan and the Staria minivan, the budget model received multi-story optics and glowing stripes at the front and rear. Body panels have complex shapes, replete with edges and stampings. The new Verna is 130 millimeters longer, with 70 millimeters added to the wheelbase, the sedan is 36 millimeters wider and 6 millimeters taller than its predecessor.
Trunk volume has grown from 480 to 528 liters. Naturally, the interior has also become more spacious. In the top version, the equipment includes a digital instrument panel, combined into a common unit with a multimedia system, climate control with a touch control unit (it is also responsible for multimedia), a Bose sound system, atmospheric interior lighting, artificial leather interior trim and other equipment.
All versions have McPherson front suspension and a semi-beam at the rear. The new Hyundai Verna is already on the assembly line of the Chennai plant, and deliveries of cars to customers will begin in April 2023. It is stated that with a base cost of 1,090,000 rupees, more than 8,000 prepaid orders have already been collected.
