Hyundai has introduced a new version of the Kona crossover called Jayde. The car is still a concept. According to the developers, the new product is intended primarily for “urban adventurers.” Mobis, the official supplier of Hyundai spare parts and accessories, also took part in the creation of the crossover.
The car body is painted in an unusual turquoise color. The crossover was equipped with aggressive bumpers, a new spoiler and side sills, as well as 20-inch wheels shod with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The car was also equipped with a special mount for the Vintage Electric Rally bicycle, which comes with the car.
The Kona Jayde features a Recaro Sportster CS with checkered cloth upholstery and a Scosche PowerUp 32K charger for cell phones and laptops.
All technical characteristics of the model are kept secret for now. As Carscoops suggests, the prototype is based on the top trim of the Kona called Limited.
